"As the team lead for the FeelEat Admin Portal, my goal was to create a solution that genuinely empowers healthcare professionals in understanding and supporting their users’ emotional and nutritional journeys. Through extensive workshops and discussions with dietitians, therapists, and administrators, we identified that their biggest challenges stemmed from fragmented information, delayed insights, and the lack of a unified system to monitor users holistically. Our mission became clear: build a secure, intuitive, and data-rich platform that simplifies their workflow while enhancing the quality of care. We focused on designing real-time tracking tools, visual analytics, and structured user profiles so practitioners could quickly interpret patterns and intervene with confidence. By collaborating closely with both technical and healthcare teams, I ensured that the portal not only meets clinical needs but also feels approachable and easy to navigate. The result is a centralized space where professionals can monitor progress, manage communication, and make informed decisions—ultimately supporting users with greater clarity, compassion, and consistency."
