FeelEat: a Swiss client for 9+ years
FeelEat sells meals from smart fridges across Switzerland. The fridges used to run on trust, so anyone could take a meal without paying. We built the platform that keeps each fridge locked until the customer scans and pays in the app, and theft fell by roughly 90%.
HappyBee: FeelEat's sister company, built for Swiss schools
HappyBee shows parents the weekly school menu, the nutrition values of each dish and what their child ate. The same CODT Technologies team built it and runs it. Across 120+ onboarded schools, 84% of parents activated the app, and allergen questions to schools fell by 71%.

Every engagement starts with a paid discovery sprint that ends in a fixed quote. 100% of the code, IP and infrastructure transfers to you, and we sign an NDA on request.
Where your system runs, and which law applies
Your system is built and deployed on infrastructure in your own jurisdiction, and Swiss or EU data residency is available on request. No client code or data moves to India unless your contract explicitly allows it. Engineers reach your environment in one of two ways, agreed per engagement: a virtual desktop your team controls, or our Gurugram office over a single static IP that your team allow-lists. We sign an NDA on request before detailed technical talks. We also sign a data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses. Every engagement is GDPR- and nDSG-aware by default (the nDSG is Switzerland’s revised Federal Act on Data Protection), and Swiss clients can choose Swiss law as the governing law for disputes.

What does CODT Technologies do for Swiss companies?
We design, build and run custom software, from mobile apps and SaaS platforms to AI and IoT systems, as a long-term engineering partner. Can the engagement be contracted under Swiss law?
Yes, for Swiss clients. Engagements can be contracted with Swiss law as the governing law for disputes, so your own counsel works within the Code of Obligations. This is a contracting option agreed per engagement. CODT Technologies itself is an Indian private limited company.
How does an engagement start?
With a paid discovery sprint. We scope the product together, and you get a fixed quote before the build begins. An NDA is available on request, and 100% of the code and IP transfers to you.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. All of the code, IP and infrastructure transfers to you. There is no lock-in and no per-seat licence on software we build for you. At handover you receive the repositories, the cloud accounts and the documentation, so your own team, or any other partner, can take the system on from there.
