A software development partner Swiss companies can actually reach.
CODT Technologies is a software development partner for Swiss companies. Your business development contacts are based in Switzerland; engineering is delivered by a senior team across Silicon Valley and Gurugram. Client communication runs in German, French or English, and every engagement is GDPR- and nDSG-aware by default.

Swiss and European work we still ship today.
FeelEat — 9+ years, one Swiss client
FeelEat runs unmanned smart-fridge retail across Switzerland on a platform we engineered end to end — connected fridges, scan-to-unlock, in-app payment and live inventory telemetry. More than 9 years on, the same team still ships every release for a business now valued at $10M+, with roughly 90% less theft than honour-system fridges.
Aviatize — aviation operations at scale
For Aviatize we engineered a full-stack aviation operations platform — scheduling, compliance, digital logbooks and ICAO testing — serving flight schools, clubs and commercial operators worldwide, with 1,000+ aircraft and crews managed on the platform.
HappyBee — FeelEat's sister company, built for Swiss schools
HappyBee, part of the FeelEat family, gives parents school-meal transparency — weekly menus, nutrition and per-child tracking. Built and operated by the same CODT Technologies team: 84% parent activation across 120+ onboarded schools, and allergen queries to schools down 71%.
Local relationship, global delivery.
Named Swiss points of contact
Your relationship is held by named business development partners based in Switzerland — planning, updates and escalation stay on Swiss hours and in your language, never a ticket queue in another timezone.
How we work with European teamsSenior delivery across time zones
Engineering is delivered by a senior team across Silicon Valley and Gurugram — senior review on every change, honest scope, and a delivery rhythm that keeps moving while Switzerland sleeps.
Transparent from the first franc
Engagements start with a paid discovery sprint that ends in a fixed, transparent quote. 100% of the code, IP and infrastructure transfers to you, and we sign an NDA on request.
Swiss deployment, Swiss law on request, nDSG-aware by default
Every engagement is GDPR- and nDSG-aware by default — the nDSG being Switzerland's revised Federal Act on Data Protection — and we build privacy-first. Your system is built and deployed on infrastructure in your own jurisdiction, with Swiss or EU data residency available on request, and no client code or data moves to India unless your contract explicitly authorises it. Our engineers work either inside a virtual desktop your team controls or from our Gurugram office over a single static IP your team allow-lists — agreed per engagement, alongside an NDA before any technical discussion, a data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses. For Swiss clients, engagements can be contracted with Swiss law as the governing law for disputes.
Engagement models: paid discovery sprint, fixed-price build, ongoing care.

Questions Swiss companies ask us
Put it in a brief. A senior engineer — not a sales rep — replies within one business day.
Q.01What does CODT Technologies do for Swiss companies?
We design, build and run custom software — mobile apps, SaaS platforms, AI and IoT systems — as a long-term engineering partner. Swiss clients get local business development contacts in Switzerland with senior engineering delivered from Silicon Valley and Gurugram; FeelEat, our longest Swiss engagement, is in its tenth year.
Q.02Will we have a point of contact in Switzerland?
Yes. Named business development partners based in Switzerland own the relationship — discovery, planning and escalation all happen on Swiss hours with someone you can meet, while the global engineering team delivers behind them.
Q.03Which languages can we work in?
German, French, English and Hindi. For Swiss teams, discovery, updates and support run in German, French or English — whichever your team prefers.
Q.04How do you handle the nDSG and EU data protection?
Data protection is part of the default engineering setup, not an add-on: engagements are GDPR- and nDSG-aware from day one (the nDSG is Switzerland's revised Federal Act on Data Protection), builds are privacy-first, and EU or Swiss data residency can be arranged on request.
Q.05Where will our code and data actually live?
In Switzerland or the EU, as agreed: your system is built and deployed on infrastructure in your own jurisdiction, and no client code or data moves to India unless your contract explicitly authorises it. Our engineers work either inside a virtual desktop your team controls or from our Gurugram office over a single static IP your team allow-lists — agreed per engagement, with an NDA signed before any technical discussion.
Q.06Can the engagement be contracted under Swiss law?
For Swiss clients, yes — engagements can be contracted with Swiss law as the governing law for disputes, so the Code of Obligations is the frame your own counsel works in. It is a contracting option agreed per engagement, alongside a data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses; CODT Technologies itself is an Indian private limited company.
Q.07How does an engagement start?
With a paid discovery sprint: we scope the product together and you receive a fixed, transparent quote before any build begins. An NDA is available on request, and 100% of the code and IP transfers to you.
