An app cost calculator with no invented numbers.
Most cost calculators multiply your clicks by rates someone made up. This one refuses: answer eight scope questions and it profiles the real complexity of what you are planning, names the cost drivers your answers trigger, and writes the project brief that gets you to a fixed, transparent quote.
We publish no ranges because we do not bill by the guess. Scope is priced once it is known: a paid discovery sprint, then a fixed, transparent quote in writing. This profiler gets you to that conversation prepared — it never pretends to be the quote.
Eight questions. An honest profile, not a quote.
Questions people ask this calculator
Bir özete ekleyin. Bir satış temsilcisi değil, kıdemli bir mühendis bir iş günü içinde yanıt verir.
Q.01Why doesn't this calculator show a price?
Because any figure produced before scope is genuinely known would price the guess, not the work — and we publish no price ranges anywhere on this site. What actually fixes the number is our engagement model: a paid discovery sprint that ends in a fixed, transparent quote, in writing, before any build begins.
Q.02What do I get instead of a number?
Three honest outputs: a complexity profile (Lean MVP, Standard product or Complex platform) derived from a scoring model shown in full, the cost drivers your specific answers trigger, and a plain-text project brief you can copy and send us — so the first pricing conversation starts from your real scope.
Q.03How is the complexity score calculated?
Transparently. Every answer carries a visible point value — each platform, each integration tier, each compliance context adds the points printed on its option — and the total maps to one of three profiles. It is a qualitative reading of scope, not a disguised price formula.
Q.04Is anything I enter stored or sent anywhere?
No. The profiler runs entirely in your browser: no answers are saved, transmitted or attached to analytics. The brief leaves the page only when you copy it and choose to send it to us.
Q.05Can the profile be wrong?
It can be incomplete — eight questions cannot see your data model, your legacy systems or your team. Treat it as a well-structured starting point. The discovery sprint exists precisely to replace this profile with a validated scope and a fixed quote.
Q.06What happens after I send the brief?
We read it, then propose a paid discovery sprint: workflows mapped, integrations named, the v1 cut-line drawn. The sprint ends in a fixed, transparent quote against that scope — no open-ended day rates, and 100% of the code and IP transfers to you if we build.
