Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first workshop, up to four hours, and a high-level estimate are free. We use them to understand the product, the timeline and the constraints, and to tell you honestly whether we are the right team. Only the discovery sprint that follows, which ends in a fixed quote, is paid.
What should my brief contain?
Three things: what you want to build, the deadline it has to meet, and the constraints you already know about, such as budget, integrations or compliance. A paragraph is enough. If you have a document, attach it; if nothing is written yet, say so and we ask the questions on the first call.
