Software development for Nigerian companies, on your hours.
CODT Technologies builds software for companies in Nigeria. You deal with our sales partner in Nigeria, and a senior engineering team in Gurugram, India, does the build. Lagos runs on West Africa Time and Gurugram is four and a half hours ahead, so your project manager and developers work a full day inside yours. The quote is fixed, in US dollars, and comes out of a short paid discovery sprint.

Platforms we built for clients in other markets.
LeadTrack AI: voice agents that call every new lead within 30 seconds
LeadTrack AI is a SaaS platform. Many sales teams share one system, and each runs its own AI voice agent with its own script and qualifying questions. A lead fills in a form, the agent calls within 30 seconds, and the promising ones go to a salesperson with the full call record. We built the platform. It has run 100,000+ calls, and conversion is up 38%. The customers are outside Nigeria; the problem it solves, leads going cold while nobody calls, is the same in Lagos.
FeelEat: the system behind a Swiss food retailer
FeelEat runs unstaffed smart fridges, kiosks and a consumer app across Switzerland. We built the system behind all of it: the fridge locks, the payments, the partner portals and the kitchen workflows. The work has run for more than 9 years, and it is the closest thing we have to a retail and logistics reference: stock across many small locations, payment at the point of sale, and a kitchen that needs to know what to cook.
How the work runs for Nigerian clients.
Your first contact is in Nigeria
Our sales partner in Nigeria holds the relationship. Scoping, commercial questions and escalation start with someone in your country, in English, and the delivery team in Gurugram sits behind them. We have no office in Nigeria.
Who we areA working day that overlaps yours
West Africa Time is UTC+1 and India is UTC+5:30. Our development teams and project managers work on the client's clock, so a stand-up at 9 in Lagos is a stand-up at 1:30 in the afternoon in Gurugram, and the team is still there when your day ends.
Fixed quote in USD, no day rates
Every engagement starts with a paid discovery sprint that ends in a written scope and a fixed quote in US dollars, so there are no open-ended day rates. The sprint fee is credited in full against the build. You own all of the code, IP and infrastructure, and we sign an NDA before any technical discussion if you ask for one.
Data-protection-aware (NDPA), deployed where you choose, with access you control
Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 sets rules for consent, retention and where personal data may go. We build with those rules in mind from the first architecture review, the same way we build GDPR-aware systems for our European clients. We do not certify anything; whether a system meets the Act is for your lawyers and the regulator to judge. Your system runs on infrastructure in the jurisdiction you choose. No client code and no client data goes to India unless your contract explicitly says it may. Access is agreed per engagement: either our engineers use a virtual desktop your team controls, or they connect from our Gurugram office through one static IP your team allow-lists. A data processing agreement is part of the contract, and an NDA is signed before any technical discussion if you want one.
Engagement models: paid discovery sprint, fixed-price build, ongoing care.
Who to talk to in Nigeria
Named sales partners, grouped by country. Discovery, planning and escalation run with the partner in your region; the engineering team in Gurugram works in your time zone.

WhatsApp (message for Muhammed)Questions Nigerian companies ask us
Put it in a brief. A senior engineer reads it and replies within one business day.
Do you have an office in Nigeria?
No. CODT Technologies has a sales partner in Nigeria, and that partner is your first contact for scoping, commercial questions and escalation. Our only engineering location is Gurugram, India, where the developers and project managers sit. There is no office in Lagos or Abuja, and we would rather say so than imply one.
What kind of software do you build for Nigerian companies?
Custom web and mobile products, SaaS platforms, AI voice and chat agents, and the back-office systems behind them. For fintech that means payment and wallet flows, KYC steps, ledgers and reconciliation. For logistics it means dispatch, fleet and delivery tracking with the reporting an operations team runs on. For retail it means stock, ordering, loyalty and the admin surface behind a shop or a chain. That is the range we build in; the public proof is LeadTrack AI and FeelEat. We have no Nigerian case study to show yet.
Does the time difference get in the way?
No, and the numbers explain why. West Africa Time is UTC+1 and Indian Standard Time is UTC+5:30, a gap of four and a half hours. Our development teams and project managers work on the client's time zone, so a 9 a.m. stand-up in Lagos is a 1:30 p.m. stand-up in Gurugram, and the team is still working when your day ends at 5. Demos, bug calls and incident response all land inside your business hours.
Where will our code and data live?
Wherever you and your lawyers decide, written into the contract. Your system runs on infrastructure in the jurisdiction you choose, and no client code or client data moves to India unless your contract explicitly allows it. Our engineers work either in a virtual desktop your team controls or from our Gurugram office through one static IP you allow-list. A data processing agreement is part of every contract, and we sign an NDA before any technical discussion if you want one.
What does a project cost?
We publish indicative bands in US dollars on our pricing page, by the shape of the build: a lean first version, a standard product, a complex platform and an AI voice agent. The bands are a guide. The fixed number comes out of a paid discovery sprint, in writing, and the sprint fee is credited in full against the build. The first workshop and a high-level estimate are free, and usually come back within three working days.
How does an engagement start?
With a conversation with our partner in Nigeria, then a free workshop where we go through what you want to build and give you a high-level estimate. If that looks right, we run a paid discovery sprint of one to two weeks and end it with a written scope, an architecture and a fixed quote. Only then does the build start. You can have an NDA signed before any of this.
Which languages do you work in?
English, for everything: scoping, planning, updates, documentation and support. Our partner in Nigeria works in English, and so does the delivery team. Within the wider team you will also hear Hindi, and we work in German and French for European clients, which matters only if your company has a parent or a partner there.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. All of the code, IP and infrastructure transfers to you. There is no lock-in and no per-seat licence on software we build for you.
