Most of FeelEat’s staff work on shifts, away from a desk. Their hours, attendance, reviews and sign-offs sat in back-office systems they never saw, so even a simple question about hours went through HR.
We gave them an app that shows each person the same records HR and payroll use. It syncs live with the ERP in both directions.
96% of staff were using the app within thirty days. Payroll reconciliation now runs at 99.8% accuracy, and managers have about fourteen hours a week back from timesheet admin.
